of Section 102 (Definitions) of the Not-For-Profit Law.
The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes the making of distributions
to organizations that qualify an exemmpt organization under section 501 (c)(3).
The corporation will act as a cultural organization by working to promote Irish history, organizing cultural events
to include, an annual St. Patricks Day Parade, and to provide step dancing and bag pipe lessons
