Parade Journal Ad Opportunities Available.   Call George Brogan, Journal Committee Chairman at 631-728-2921 or Email journal@aohdivision11.org

Date/Time - Saturday March 20, 2010, starting at 11:00 a.m. and ending at 3:00 p.m.(including cleanup)

Parade Route - Starts at the Hampton Bays Elementary School on Ponquogue Ave. to Montuak Highway and west to the reviewing stand and ending in the Hampton Atrium parking lot.

Reviewing Stand Location  - Shell station on Montuak Highway, Hampton Bays east of County Road 24 and the Hampton Atrium.

Entry Requirements - Open to all businesses, school groups, clubs, families and other recognized organizations via registration approval. Participation is restricted to themes that are clean, tastful, and in keeping with Irish-American culture and traditions.

Awards - Trophies will be awarded for the following categories:

  1. Best Pipe and Drum Band
  2. Best Marching Unit
  3. Best Float
  4. Best Youth Group

NEW FOR 2010
Judging for the award of Best Float will take place before the beginning of the Parade .
All floats shall line up on the east side of Ponquogue Avenue, across from the Hampton Bays school by 10:00 am.
Floats that are not in place by 10:00 am will not be eligible for judging.

The presentation of the award will take place prior to the beginning of the Parade.
